Please note that, due to the impact COVID-19, We are experiencing increased ship times. This times does not include the processing time of up to 3 working days. If more than 3 weeks have passed from your shipping date notification, please email us at orders@onlinedogboutique.com to review the status of your order.

All our products are free to ship and this applies to only the Contiguous US. This excludes the US Territories and Offshore US Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Delivery times dependent on the product, inventory status and delivery method. We offer 1-3 day free shipping on select Items. You will see the 1-3 days shipping time displayed on the product details if it applies to that particular product. We also do have some products that are made to order. Typically, orders will arrive at your home within 2-21 days after shipping. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified via e-mail.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide free shipping to the Contiguous US. This excludes the US Territories and Offshore US Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

When will my item ship?

If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped by USPS, FEDEX or UPS which usually takes 1-21 working days after dispatch.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive your tracking information within 3-7 working days. If you do not receive it, please contact us at orders@onlinedogboutique.com

My tracking says \"no information available at the moment\".

For some shipping companies, it can sometimes take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Can i cancel my order?
